SHIPPING

  • Where do you ship to?

Singa Polah ships worldwide. For more information, please check our page on Delivery.

  • I am told “There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.” What should I do?

Please contact us at contact@singapolah.com with the following details:

  1. Country to ship to
  2. Item and Quantity Ordered
  • I keyed in the wrong address. How can I amend it?

All orders are placed and confirmed after the final checkout.

We will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customers and order may be subjected to top-up for re-delivery.

However, do email us at contact@singapolah.com if you would like to change no later than 30 minutes from when the order has been placed.

In the event that the item has been sent out, a re-delivery fee will be charged.

PAYMENT

  • What payment mode does Singa Polah accept?

We accept payments via PayPal, credit cards and PayNow.

  • I have selected “Direct bank transfer” during checkout. How do I make payment?

Please follow the instructions on Payment Instructions.

EXCHANGES

  • Do you accept exchanges?

Yes. We only exchange items if they are defective. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we will not be able to offer an exchange.
